NON-AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS IN CIRCULATION
After recently receiving complaints from customers, it has come to our attention that another non-original product line of Holistic Horizons has been circulating the European market. These imitation products are being marketed and selling under the same brand name “Holistic Horizons” and using the same product names and even a very similar packaging to our old packaging design.
These products are not manufactured by us, and as a result, most probably not manufactured as per the Robert Gray formulation, nor has there been any permission to do so.
The Holistic Horizons “Approved by Robert Gray” product line has always been, and still is today, only Manufactured in Sacramento, California USA. This is our way of ensuring the quality, integrity, and formulation of the product remain consistent. This has been the commitment from the original producers for the past 30 years.
We are taking this matter very seriously and actively working on resolving the issue.
